We had a great Easter, but I left my camera at home, so no pics. So here's another picture of Lorelei and her sweet cheeks and the boys who sure love their mommy. That'll have to tide you over until I have something real to post about.
I forgot to mention in the last post that the picture of the boys is of them playing with Battle Masters. They are way too busy to bother looking up at the camera. And here is the other video, for some reason it wasn't working on the last post.
It is time to get to know our chunky monkey. She is very opinionated and wants you all to know that she IS big. She must sit at the table with her brothers or she'll get pretty upset. Lorelei watches every bite of food you eat and has started grabbing for your plate. We just started feeding her some cereal and while it was new and alarming, I'd say she liked it. As you'll see in the pictures she likes to suck her thumb or her tongue. She can reach and play with toys, but her favorite thing is to be entertained by her brothers. I can't believe how big she is getting!!
I have probably mentioned that I was planning on making some homemade laundry detergent. It took me a little bit to find the ingredients but I now have success. It really is very easy to make. Took me about 15 mins to make (my very first try, so hovering over the instructions with three kids in the kitchen too).
I have been asked why I was doing this-
I replied, "oh cuz I'm cheap and poor."
"Is it really cheaper?"
"uhhh, I think so"
So I did a little math and mine comes out to (keeping in mind that I had to buy online and pay shipping -sigh) $1.24 for a bucket for 64 loads. So yes it is totally cheaper! hurray for my craziness
next up: I will attempt homemade dishwasher soap (it uses most of the same ingredients)

I just wanted to share some pictures of the kids. So what do you all think- the boys ready for bunk beds or what? They set it up all by themselves.
